Alumina bubble Insulating fire brick Features:
1. High operating temperature: It can reach over 1750 degrees, with good thermal shock
resistance, small reheat linear change and durability.
2, Lightweight: Commonly used refractory materials belong to heavy bricks with
volume density generally 2.6-3.0 g/cm3, alumina bubble brick only
1.1-1.5 g/cm3, thus reducing 1.1-1.9 tons per volume.
3, Energy saving: Alumina bubble has obvious thermal insulation properties, low
thermal conductivity which have very good heat preservation effect,
and can reduce the heat dissipation, increase thermal efficiency,
thereby achieve the purpose of saving energy. The energy saving
effect can reach more than 30%.
